The Shelter Air Difference

When I first stepped into the HVAC world, I was a middle-aged woman trying to find my place in what felt like a man’s industry. The warehouse was cold, dirty, and unwelcoming, and I often felt out of place. But the owners saw potential in me. They believed in what I could bring to the table and invested in my training. For that, I’ll always be grateful.

That experience shaped who I am today and inspired me to build something different—a company where everyone feels they belong, where people are supported, and where they’re given the tools to succeed. At Shelter Air, we believe in investing in our team and creating a clean, welcoming environment where you can grow and thrive.

Whether you’re starting your career or looking for a fresh opportunity, Shelter Air is a place where your potential is valued, and your hard work is rewarded.
